In addition to the technical talks given at the symposium, attendees will have the opportunity to present their work in an afternoon poster session on Monday, June 1. These posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and provide an opportunity for every participant to share information about his/her work. The material presented can be on posters, but could also include—particularly for those from industry—videos, demonstrations of devices, etc. Unfortunately, NAE does not have funding available to cover the cost of poster production. If this is a factor, the information can be presented on individual sheets of paper. Each participant will be provided a 4 ft. x 4 ft. (1.22 meters x 1.22 meters) foam board on which to affix his/her poster using tacks that will be provided.

For participants who want to print posters after you arrive in California, there is a FedEx Office store located in the Fashion Island complex, to which the hotel makes shuttle runs.  Please keep in mind that neither the hotel nor the Fashion Island complex is within walking distance of the Beckman Center. You will need to pick up your poster from the FedEx Office store on Sunday, May 31 before 9PM, or for a small fee, they will deliver it to the hotel. The address is:
