I focus on hydroclimatic extremes including droughts, coastal floods, and heatwaves, and compound and cascading hazards to understand the interrelationships between threats and their societal impacts.

FOE offered an amazing opportunity to meet and interact with exceptional engineers from different backgrounds and institutions. I particularly enjoyed this event because I met engineers from other fields whom I would never meet in the conferences I usually attend.
