• Poster session with dedicated time is Thursday, June 20.
• Each attendee should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 27in. (68cm) wide by 30in. (76cm) tall. Posters should have "portrait" orientation (vertical). 
• Pins and tape to mount your poster to the boards will be provided.
• In addition to posters, presentations could also be videos, demonstrations of devices, etc.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
• Bring the poster with you, or see options below to print in California or to ship to the meeting site.
