• Poster session with dedicated time is Thursday, June 22.
• Each attendee, including speakers and organizers, should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Submit your poster title on the travel form.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 1.2m x .9m (47in. x 35in.). Orientation may be either portrait or landscape.
• In addition to posters, presentations could also be videos, demonstrations of devices, etc.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
