• Poster session with dedicated time is Friday, March 31.
• Each attendee should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Submit your poster title on the travel form.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 30 inches by 20 inches (.76 meters x .5 meters) . Orientation can be either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical).
• In addition to posters, presentations could also be videos, demonstrations of devices, etc.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
• Bring the poster with you, or see options below to print in Ohio or ship to meeting site.

To Print in Ohio

• Order online at www.fedex.com/printonline.
• Use the FedEx Office store located one-half mile from the hotel, which offers free local area shuttle service.
• Hours:  M-F  7:30am-9pm, Sat. 8am-6pm, Sun. 12-6pm.
• Pick up your poster from the FedEx Office store on Thursday, March 30 before 9pm, or
• Have it delivered to you at the hotel.
