In addition to the technical talks given at the symposium, attendees will have the opportunity to present their work in an afternoon poster session on Monday, November 10.  These posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and provide an opportunity for every participant to share information about his/her work. The material presented can be on posters, but could also include—particularly for those from industry—videos, demonstrations of devices, etc. Unfortunately, NAE does not have funding available to cover the cost of poster production.  If this is a factor, the information can be presented on individual sheets of paper. Posters can be a maximum of 121 cm (h) x 111 cm (w). Each participant will be provided a board upon which to affix his/her poster.

If you would like to print your poster in Seattle, there is a printer across the street from the hotel in the Rainer Tower building called Minute Man Press: http://www.mmpunion.com. Participants may also ship their posters to the hotel. You should ship the posters to your own attention and it can picked up from the concierge desk.
