In addition to the technical talks given at the symposium, attendees will have the opportunity to present their work in an afternoon poster session on Wednesday, May 15.  These posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and provide an opportunity for every participant to share information about his/her work. The material presented can be on posters, but could also include—particularly for those from industry—videos, demonstrations of devices, etc. Unfortunately, NAE does not have funding available to cover the cost of poster production.  If this is a factor, the information can be presented on individual sheets of paper.  Each participant will be provided a hard board 60cm (w) by 90cm (h) on which to affix his/her poster. Tape will be provided.

For anyone who does not want to carry his/her poster on the airplane, it can be mailed directly to the Chinese Academy of Engineering at the below address. Please be sure to mark "2013 CAFOE" on the package.

For those who would like to print your poster, please send the file to Yang Zhao of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and it can be printed upon request. The file must be .jpg, .pdf, or .ai and must be 300 DPI or over. Be sure files are sent at least two weeks in advance.
