• Poster session with dedicated time is Monday, November 18.
• Each attendee should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 180cm tall by 72cm wide (5'10" by 2'4"). Posters should have "portrait" orientation (vertical). 
• Pins and tape to mount your poster to the boards will be provided.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
• Bring the poster with you to the meeting site. There are not onsite facilities to print posters at the conference hotel.
• You may also ship your poster to yourself at the hotel, as follows:
