• The meeting will be held at the symposium hotel, North Charleston Marriott, 4770 Goer Drive, North Charleston, SC  29406, phone +1 (843) 747-1900.
• The closest airport is Charleston International Airport (CHS), about 3 miles (15-minute drive) from the hotel.

• Complimentary self parking.

Accommodations

• Accommodations will be arranged for your stay according to your response on the travel form, due Monday, August 5.
• Group rate is $139 per night (plus 14% tax and $2.18 fee).
• Please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.
• We will email your hotel confirmation the week before the symposium.
• You must provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.
• Check-in time is 4pm; check-out is 11am. 
• If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation or if your travel plans change, please contact Sherri Hunter immediately so that she may manage expectations with the hotel and reduce potential cancellation/attrition charges.
• If you do not notify FOE staff or the hotel about cancelling/altering your room reservation, you will be billed for that room night.
