Hotel

• A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Bedford Glen. 
• Group rate is $142.50 per night (plus 11.7% in applicable taxes).
• We will reserve your hotel room based on your request on the travel form, due Monday, July 23.
• Please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.
• We will email your hotel confirmation the week before the symposium.
• You must provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.
• Check-in time is 3pm; check-out is 12noon. 
• If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation or if your travel plans change, please contact Sherri Hunter immediately.
• If you do not notify FOE staff or the hotel about cancelling/altering your room reservation 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for that room night.
