• Poster session with dedicated time is Monday, June 18.
• Each attendee should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 2.1 meters tall x .9 meters wide (82 inches tall by 35 inches wide). 
• Pins and clips to mount your poster to the boards will be provided.
• In addition to posters, presentations could also be videos, demonstrations of devices, etc.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
• Bring the poster with you to the meeting site.
