Hotel

• A block of rooms has been reserved at the Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal in the Epochal building.
• US attendees - we will reserve your hotel room based on your request on the travel form, due Friday, May 4.
• EAJ attendees will provide their accommodation and travel details to the EAJ.
• Please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.
• The hotel does not provide individual confirmation numbers. You need only check in with "JAFOE" and your name.
• You must provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in.
• Check-in time is 2pm; check-out is 11am. 
• If you need to make changes to your hotel reservation or if your travel plans change, please contact Sherri Hunter immediately.
• If you do not notify FOE staff or the hotel about cancelling/altering your room reservation nine days in advance, you will be billed for that room night.
