Meeting Location

• United Technologies Research Center in East Hartford, Connecticut.
• Closest airport is Bradley International Airport (BDL), about 15 miles from the hotel.
• Transportation between the hotel and UTRC will be provided each day so rental cars are not needed.
• No tobacco products. The use of all tobacco products is prohibited on property that is owned, operated, leased or managed by UTRC, including roads, parking lots, lawns, and buildings.
• You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship when you arrive at UTRC. One of the following is acceptable documentation (no photocopies):

  • Certificate of Birth AND Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Certificate of Birth Abroad AND Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Certificate of Citizenship AND Government Issued Photo-ID
