• Poster session with dedicated time is Thursday, November 16.
• Each attendee should share information about their work during the poster session.
• Posters remain on display throughout the meeting.
• Submit your poster title on the travel form.
• Maximum poster dimensions are 48 inches by 36 inches (1.2 meters x .9 meters). Orientation can be either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical), but landscape is preferred
• In addition to posters, presentations could also be videos, demonstrations of devices, etc.
• If poster production cost is a factor, you may present your poster on individual sheets of paper.
• Bring the poster with you, or see options below to print in California or ship to meeting site.

To Print in California

• Order online at www.fedex.com/printonline.
• Use the below FedEx Office store located one mile from the hotel, which offers free local area shuttle service.
• Hours:  M-F  7am-10pm, Sat. 8am-6pm, Sun. 11am-6pm.
• Pick up your poster from the FedEx Office store on Wednesday, November 15 before 10pm, or
• Have it delivered to you at the hotel.
